Hopi Ear Candling
What is Hopi Ear Candling?
Ear Candling is an ancient complementary therapy, Hopi Ear Candles - (the name Hopi means 'peaceful people') are made from untreated cotton, beeswax and honey, with sage, camomile and St.John's Wort. The candles gently massage the ear drum and work on a chimney principle, drawing out impurities to the surface where they can be gently removed. The candles equalise the pressure in the head and ears, making them suitable for most conditions.

- They help ease irritation in your ears and sinuses.
- Relief from sinusitis/rhinitis/glue ear/noises in the ear/tinnitus/colds.

What happens during a treatment?
You lie on one side in a comfortable position with your head supported by a pillow. The candle is lit at one end and the non-burning end is gently inserted into the outer ear-passage. The candle is held in place throughout the treatment to ensure your safety. Once the candle has burnt down to the required level, it is removed and the treatment is repeated on the other ear.
